Production Engineer

The Successful candidate will have the following qualities:

* An Engineering qualification to HNC or an equivalent qualification.

* Production engineering experience in the manufacturing sector.


As a member of the Production Engineering team you will be fully involved in:

* The production and implementation and verification of Assembly and Test procedures.

* The follow up of quality issues discovered both in-house and on-site.

* The development of production processes for new projects.

* The improvement of existing production processes.

* The development and production of Jigs, tools and test rigs to assure production quality.

* Producing clear instruction for the assembly and defining tests of any modifications or improvements coming from Engineering.

* Leading a team assembling and testing new projects or modifications on the shopfloor.

This role will require time to be spent in both an office and workshop environment with the possibility of occasional work at a customers factory or sub- contractors.
