M&E Planner
Our clients are a large multi-national Design & Build contractors with offices throughout the UK. With an expanding portfolio across the north of England they are looking to recruit an integral member of the Planning team. The successful applicant will be responsible for producing and monitoring a computer based programme which ensures that the project will complete on time and within the given budget.
Specific duties will include compiling project programme installation, procurement and drawing programmes, identifying key dates start/finish, identifying resources available. Evaluate problem areas and highlight areas of concern. Analyse information supplied by suppliers/sub-contractors. Accumulate data from all parties. Monitor progress installation procurement, design drawings. Check on progress and verify works complete
Review any possible delays. Monitor material deliveries and drawing production. Analyse information supplied by suppliers/sub-contractors. Accumulate data from all parties
Keep reports up to date. Prepare targets, review results and report. Prepare detailed reports and recommend any remedial works necessary. This is a first class opportunity for an ambitious planner to work for a highly respected Building Services employer.
