The Role
We are looking for High Level Mechanical Engineers with 2.1 Degrees or above. This will be a fast paced environment and you must possess the ability to contribute ideas with a thorough understanding of Mechanical Principles. Knowledge of 3D CAD would be a real benefit however this is not just a pure design role, candidates must have the ability to solve technical issues with mechanical formulas, FEA analysis would also be key.
Skills: SolidWorks/ ProE / Inventor/ Ideas/ CAD/ Mechanical.
Your daily task involvement
Design from Concept through to Manufacture
3D CAD Modelling (Industrial Concept Design)
Prototype Building
Manufacturing Processes & Injection Moulding Techniques
FEA Techniques and Analysis.
BOM & Technical Draughting
Mechanical Issues.
Salary: £21k to £25k dependent on placement experience.

Important: (This role may involve some defence work so Security Clearance will eventually be required)
