My client was established over 100 years ago, since when they have been at the forefront of the Building Services Industry.
The company provide our services to Hospitals, Schools, National and Local Government Offices as well as many Blue Chip companies.
They have a network of offices throughout the UK and need a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee 3-4 projects in the Southeast, Thamesvalley area.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be reporting two times per week to the office in Middlesex week and then three times per week on site.
Projects include:
Reading
£32 million Royal Berkshire Hospital (M&E worth £15million)
High Class Residential ands Office Blocks (M&E worth £8million-£9million)
North Harrow
School in North Harrow - M&E is worth £4million
Skills/Background
10 plus Quantity Surveying experience
Building Services/Mechanical & Electrical background is essential.
HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or another Construction/Commercial related qualification.
The successful candidate will oversee Project Quantity Surveyors on each of the projects.
